Technical Performance

1.The paste filling system can automatically position and feed the plate, fill the paste, seal the bottom, wash and weigh.

2.The paste filling speed can be controlled by 5 levels, and continuously adjustable. The paste can be well mixed.

3.The paste length can be set directly in the touch screen.

4.The system uses transducers to control the speed.

5.Controlled by touch screen and imported PLC with high precision, to ensure smooth and safe running,

With both manual and auto modes.

6.The grid can be detected automatically, the device will be stopped without grid.
