Technical Performance

1.The device uses hydraulic system during casting, mold opening, mold closing, and mold moving process.

2.The lead fernace, nozzle, mold use electrical heating.

3.The molds are made from high-strength heat-resistant mold steel to ensure the working life.

4.The system is controlled by touch screen and imported PLC, the tech parameters can be displayed instantly.

5.With locked secure devices to ensure the safety in production.

6.With manual and auto modes, and also dynamic displays, the tech parameters can be set in digital.

7.The molds are hydraulicly locked.

8.The temperature of the mold can be auto controlled and adjusted.
